Return Policy
We understand that the product you choose to order might not always be the perfect fit for you. There are returns involved in an online purchase to make sure you receive the product that satisfies you best. Our return policy is convenient and customer-centric.
You can place a return request within 5 days of delivery.
However, we also need to ensure that the piece you return is in the condition that it was delivered to you. You can try on the product to make sure that it fits. Before making a return request please make sure that the product is intact with no damage and that all the original tags are still attached.
We check the product for quality and process the refund immediately after the quality check is passed.
Here is how you can apply for a refund. We have mapped the entire process for your convenience:
- Click on the My Account section
- Navigate to Orders and select order
- Click on the Return option next to the product that you want to Return
- Fill out the small form with the Return details.
- We will process your request and inform you about the next step
Accepted reasons for Product Return
Certain reasons are acceptable when processing a refund for the product that you want to return.
We accept returns in circumstances where :
- Received a wrong or defective product.
- The product did not match the description on the website.
- You did not like the fit of the product.
- Quality issues
Only under these circumstances, do we issue a refund. Please make sure that you raise the return request within 5 days* of product delivery and select an appropriate reason from the list. This enables us to help you with your return request.
Rules for Returns
There are also some rules to keep in mind when you are placing a return request. These correspond to what requests we can accept when it comes to returns.
- There are no extra charges for product pickup. We pick up the return parcel free of cost.
- Please make sure that the product has all the tags intact and that there is no damage to the product. Also, make sure that the product is not used.
- Products like accessories, essentials, and perfumes are non-returnable. You can also see this in the product description when you place an order.
- All the freebies received with the order need to be returned to receive a refund on your order.
- We process your refund immediately after the product quality check is passed. The refund should reflect in your account in 7-10 days depending on the process of the bank.
- Products should not be stained or have a perfume scent. The product should not be torn, dirty, or worn either.
Exchange Policy
We provide you the option of exchanging the product that you ordered for any other product from our catalog.
If you do not like the fit of a product, you can exchange it for a different size. Same with the different color options if available. You can also choose an entirely different product to exchange it with.
In terms of the difference in the pricing, there can be two scenarios:
- If the original product was less in price than the new product chosen, you can pay the difference and the new product will be up for dispatch.
- If the original product was more in price than the new product chosen, your amount will be refunded as RareWeave/Missdrobe credit.
We do not provide an option for spontaneous exchanges yet.
We dispatch the exchanged product when the original product is received and passes the quality check.
