Shipping Policy
We handle the shipping on our end in a very transparent manner. We know that it is important for you to know where is your product and when it will reach you.
Delivery time: 7 – 15 Working Days
Certain rules that we follow in regard to shipping are mentioned here.
- The shipping is Free on all orders above Rs.999. A delivery fee of Rs.99 will be applied for orders below Rs.999.
- We also offer the option for Cash on Delivery. This option is available for an extra charge of Rs.49
- If you choose online payment methods, you are eligible for an extra 10% discount on your purchase.
All the products that we deliver are checked for quality. We make sure that the products are delivered to you in excellent condition. We also make sure that the products reach you as soon as possible.
All the orders above Rs.999 are delivered without any inclusion of shipping charges. A nominal charge of Rs.49 will be levied on orders that are below Rs.999.
In case of any cancellations on your side provided that they are before they are shipped from the warehouse, we will refund the full amount of your purchase including the shipping charges.
In case of lost or undelivered packages also, we refund the entire amount of your purchase.
Once you place the order on the website, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address.
You will also receive a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. The only condition is that you provide the correct contact details so that we can reach you.
You can contact us in case you have any issues with receiving the tracking details.
There are certain PIN codes that might not be covered under the delivery of Rare weave/Missdrobe because of the unavailability of shipping partners. You can check if we deliver to your PIN code on the payment page under delivery options.
When you enter your PIN code, you will be informed if we deliver to your address.
You will also be informed if Cash on Delivery is offered in your location. We also regularly update the serviceable PIN codes regularly. If delivery is not currently available in your location, you can check again in the future if there are any updates.
We partner with our specialty courier partners and the availability of Cash on Delivery depends on the policy of the courier partners.
In case you cannot access the COD option in your location, it is due to the limitation of the delivery partners and their acceptance of cash payment terms in certain locations.
We try to ship all the orders on a priority basis and in the current scenario, we only offer standard shipping.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expedited delivery at this point but rest assured the wait for the products will be worth it.
Within 48 hours of receiving the product, reach out to us through the customer support line. Unfortunately, we do not entertain claims after the 48-hour period.
Also, make sure to record an unboxing video. An unboxing video is essential for the claims of partial order delivery or an empty delivery packet.
We also request you to follow certain rules regarding the same. These are mentioned below.
- Please do not use the product that you are generating the claim for.
- When you raise the request, you will be asked for certain details for the report. These include a short description of the case and the unboxing video that is essential for the process.
- After the investigation process is completed, we will generate the refund to your account or the original payment method.
In the scenarios where your case is rejected, this will be because of the following reasons:
- You could not provide the unboxing video.
- The information provided is not accurate.
- Please do not dispose of the delivery packet. It will be needed for the pickup of your product.
- The item has been used. In case of multiple order items, certain items are missing from the pickup package.
